Luna originally had a helluva time learning to control her inborn powers.
Emi had an interesting time teaching her...

Since he's a wizard, I considered drawing the water as him using magic but decided the "oshit" look with the bucket while the unimpressed and soaked Lu sorta glared at him was more amusing.
His face turned out a little too... young looking? Iunno.
.........and i forgot the symbol on her cheek in the splashing pic.... Fff-
Ugh, whatever. Done it for now anyway.
